Camelot Entertainment Group, Inc., the parent company of Camelot Films, Inc., was originally incorporated as another company, on October 12, 1999. In April of 2004, the holders of the majority of the outstanding shares of common stock and preferred stock of the other company took action by written consent to amend the other company's Articles of Incorporation to change the name of the Company to Camelot Entertainment Group, Inc to better reflect the future operations of the Company in accordance with its new business model, "Motion Picture Production and Distribution."
